Nice concept. I really like the name.
While the design looks nice, this pokemon looks a bit too much like a normal macaw. If you are looking for suggestions, I would suggest adding the plasma on the wings on other parts of its body.
I'm actually working on a tropical bird pokemon that is also related to something celestial. Hopefully, I'll be able to upload it soon.
