Does this Spikes ability stack together with the spikes that are made when a Pokemon uses the move spikes? If so I would imagine this Pokemon being popular in the metagame. 
Also, is this a starter? Usually starters have the ability: Overgrow/Blaze/Torrent. There's really no reason for this thoughand you could keep the abilities you have now. I think Water Absorb and Spikes go better with a cactus than Overgrow anyways.
